I Don't Known How To Config Card Dialogic D/42-ne2

I buy card D42-NE2 PCI and panasonic PBX , please help me connect them and how to config them.Thank you

Are you using VoiceGuide software?

 

VoiceGuide will be able to receive the CallerID/DNIS/etc information supplied by the PBX integration cards automatically. There is no need for to configure anything, it works automatically.

 

D42-NE2 is a fairly old PBX integration card, you should check it's manual to confirm that it is compatible with your PBX...

I use panasonic KX-TES824 , vg4.9.0 have install . But i don't have signal when i call from pbx

You should look at using VoiceGuide for Dialogic.

 

Do you just require to get the CallerID & DNIS information form PBX for each call, or are you trying to do something else as well?

I looked at voiceguide for Dialogic, But i can't config Dialogic TSP configuration for PBX. I want to get callerID and DNIS Information when Dial from PBX, or how to test PBX call in card Dialogic

You do not need to install the TSP when using VG for Dialogic.

 

VG for Dialogic controls the Dialogic lines directly.

when i call from pbx , voice guide is waiting for a call it have not signal. Card Dialogic detect ok

- I use card Dialogic D/42-NE2 PCI

- vg4.9.0

- pbx Panasonic KX-TES824.

How to vg get callerid & dnis information from pbx. if i do not install the TSP

As mentioned previously, install the current version "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" on your system.

 

v4.9 of VG is quite old, where did you download v4.9 from?
