Problem With Voip Lines

Hello,

 

I ahve no problem using Voice Guide with canadian analog phone lines and Dialogic D/4PCIU. But when I try to use it with Varphonex's VoIP lines and Linksys PAP2-NA phone adapter, The Get Numbers Module does not work properly. It only gets one number out of 10. What might be the cause of this problem and could I solve it ?

 

Is it a Dialogic configuration problem ?

Is it a Voice Guide configuration problem ?

Shoud it try with another Voip provider ? Can you recommand some ?

Shoud it try with another VoIP phone adapter ? Can you recommand some ?

Looks like the DTMF tones do not get transmitted by your VoIP carrier or the Linksys PAP2-NA adapter.

 

We see people using Vonage and reporting any problems...
