I buy modem voice Dlink DFM-562IS , i use vg5.2.5049 i don't get tone dtmf

Looks like that modem is not detecting the DTMF tones well then....

 

In your other posts we see that you are already using a Dialogic card. Stick to using Dialogic cards, most voice modems will give poor results (especially when compared to a Dialogic card).
