fluffybunny Report post Posted 11/28/2006 05:48 PM A couple of question regarding the standard voicemail scripts. How can I play a confirmation message when a caller selects to save or delete a message. i.e. at the moment the system saves the messge and then plays next message. I want the system to confirm the message has been saved by playing a prompt "message saved". (or "message deleted" if they selected to delete the message. Also, how can I automatically save a message if someone dials in, hears a message and then instead of pressing a key to save it or delete it, they simply hang up. If they do this the message remains as a new message even though it has been listend to. Can we change the script to auto save the message on hang up? Thanks Simon Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/28/2006 09:40 PM You would need to make changes to the voicemail scripts themselves. See the scripts in VG's \system\vm\ subdirectory. (Make a backup copy of those scripts before you proceed with any changes...) We can make the changes for you - send an email to sales@voiceguide.com with a list of required changes for a quote.
