Is it posible to setup a telephone number service with voice guide?

I think the answer is yes, but is it posible to:

 

To make the system say:

 

System: what is the name of the person from which you want the telephone number?

Caller: I want the telephone number of Juanita Lopez

 

System: Did you say Lopez? Say Yes or No

Calller: Yes

System: .........................

 

Is it posible with VG?

What do I need to setup such a system?

Any information needed.

I want to use VG but I need information if it is posible and what do I need further

 

We want to expand our system with more services.
