Guest miva Report post Posted 11/30/2006 08:35 PM Hi, Pentium 4 Windows Server 2003 Dialogic D300JCTE1 card Dialogic SR 6.0 PCI Voice Guide version 6.0.0.3179 I have installed a Dialogic D300JCTE1120W board on my computer and I am not able to use Voice Guide with it. I am using Intel Dialogic System Release 6.0 PCI and the System Status from the DCM is "Running". Dialogic’s Configuration Manager is definitely running before VG is started but I get the following State on each of the 10 lines in VG. (obviously the trunk number increases with each line) err gc gc_OpenEx(:N_dtiB1T1:P_ISDN) error (opening digital line) failed, gc(0x89) - CCLIB specific, cc(0x3) - Message too big or too small] I used the the sample config.xml and configline.xml but to no avail. Please note that there is also an analog card installed in this pc. I have read other forums where you have suggested using the sys_infoDNA.exe tool but I couldnt find it. I have added logs *vgm.txt and *tw.txt in 1201vgm.txt and also config.xml and configline.xml in configs.zip. Eagerly awaiting your response. 1201vgm.zip Configs.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/30/2006 09:01 PM Is the E1 line plugged into the D/300JCT card and the LED lights on the back of the card Green? Can you make and receive calls using the ISDIAG test tool from Dialogic? Have you had a chance to read through the Help file's "T1/E1 ISDN Configuration" section? Share this post Link to post
Guest miva Report post Posted 12/01/2006 03:48 AM Yes the E1 line is plugged in. When the dialogics card is disabled we get a green led but when it's enabled on the PC through the DCM we also get an organise/yellow light indicating a loss of frame synchronization on incoming line from external network. Based on this we logged a fault with the telecommunication service provider but they have tested and retested and are telling us its not the service. The other detail is that we are running an anolog dialogics card in parrallel so that we have at least 1 working test line. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/01/2006 04:05 AM What Telco is providing the E1 and what is the ISDN protocol they use on that E1 line? Have you set the ISDN protocol in the DCM to match what is set on the E1 line? Can you make and receive calls using the ISDIAG test tool from Dialogic? Share this post Link to post
Guest miva Report post Posted 12/01/2006 04:58 AM Thanks for your help. Once the ISDN protocol was set in DCM the status light changed and everything is working now. Awesome! Share this post Link to post
