SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/01/2006 06:00 AM VoiceGuide needs to be started before you can call scripts which try to use it. If you are getting error "ActiveX component can't create object :'VoiceGuide.CommandLink'" then sounds like VoiceGuide is not even installed on that machine, or is not visible to the process which is running that script.
