I would like to find out whether your software is capable of accomplishing my tasks. I've read your help file and by the look of it, I think your software is capable of achieving my plan, but just need further clarification. What I'll be doing is setting up and IVR system in different languages spoken in our community (Chamorro, English, Filipino, Japanese, etc.). One of the features of Voiceguide is 'Information Lines' capability of which I will most likely use for my project. The way I envision this happening is when callers call they'll be prompted for a language of their choice. Once they select the language by pressing a number, they will be directed to the information spoken in the language they selected. My question is, is this possible? Is recording the information in other languages be able to work with Voiceguide? How do I record and what are the requirements? I've looked at the voice files that came with Voiceguide and they are all in English. Do you have other language files? This is it for now. I hope Voiceguide is capable of doing what I intend to do. Thanks. Share this post Link to post

sancho Report post Posted 12/05/2006 03:18 AM Dear Support, Thank you for the quick response. I'm 99.9% sold on your product. I have a few more questions. 1) How do I record the prompts in the different languages? What software do I need? 2) What is the difference between the D/4PCIUF and D/4PCIU4S? 3) Will these cards support regular analog lines? (Will not be using T1,E1, or ISDN lines). 4) Can I purchase these cards directly from Katalina? Thanks for your assistance. Daniel Share this post Link to post
