Guest BlackBird Report post Posted 12/05/2006 05:16 AM Hi Support Team! I am in my final eval exercise, prior to buying the VG licenses. I am looking to build an outbound service where the users telephones, and other text comes from a db respository. From a previous post your team suggested the usage of the Out Dial file (XML input) (see http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/DialListInto.htm) . Instead of using the OutDialQue.mdb database or Out Dial file (XML input) as suggested by the above link, I would like the vg script to work directly with MSSQL as discussed via the following link http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?sho...c=2696&hl=MSSQL The above article mentions that in order to use the OutDialQue MSSQL Server, I am required that a "VG for Dialogic" is installed. I also noticed that the article is from April 2005 (an older VG version) Question: Is the Dialogic installation a current version requirement in order to use OutDialQue MSSQL Server? Regards, Raf Share this post Link to post

Guest BlackBird Report post Posted 12/05/2006 05:50 AM Thanks for the link.. However with OutDialQue.mdb or Out Dial file (XML input), I believe the dialogic restriction does not apply correct? I should be able to use my trusty voicemodem instead of a dialogic card, right? thanks, Ralph Share this post Link to post
