It Config Wizard Error

Hi,

 

 

I am trying to make outbound calls ,i.e i am using the telephone loader and i select a text files containing the numbers and i select the script to be runned when the call is answered.The problem i am facing now is that sometimes when a number is dialled ,modem gets stuck and the voiceguide also doesnt respond this time ,after this happens i cant configure the voiceguide even after end all the programmes voiceguide wizard doesnt work .I need to restart the system for the voiceguide to work again.

May i know why is this happening and could u suggest a solution for this problem.

Voice modem based systems are not reliable.

 

If you want a reliable system get a Dialogic card and use "VoiceGuide for Dialogic".
