My System

1.IVG 5.2.3053

2.Dialogic 5.1.1 SP1

3.Board: Dialogic D4/PCI

4.OS: Windows 2000

5.Phone Line type: Samsung PBX SLI (single line interface) Analog lines

6.Location: New Mexico (USA)

When I turn on a trace, I get the following information constantly with no active calls. I did not have this before and it makes it difficult to use the trace feature, as you cannot stop the trace without closing the window. I don’t recall making any changes but it’s possible.

Please advise.

Thanks

Please update to latest version of VoiceGuide.

Best if you'd update to "VoiceGuide for Dialogic".

This system was working fine without generating this continuous output before. We have not made any changes to the system. I was under the impression that I had VG for dialogic... What would be the cost of upgrading and what is the dif from what I have now? Thanks! Phillip

Your existing registration code will work for "VoiceGuide for Dialogic".

VG for Dialogic has extended call transfer options, and better tracing.

The sound file format may require changing.

From: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/SoundFiles.htm :

Windows Voice Modem Wave driver can only support sound files in the following format PCM 8000Hz, 16bit, Mono. When using Voice modems all sound files must be recorded in the above format.

Dialogic Wave driver prefers sound files in the following format PCM 11025Hz, 8bit, Mono. When using a Dialogic with v5 of VoiceGuide card, all sound files should be recorded in the above format.

VoiceGuide for Dialogic can use either WAV files or VOX files. Wave files should be in the following format PCM 8000Hz, 8bit, Mono. VOX files should be in format 4bit ADPCM, 8000Hz.
