Guest BlackBird Report post Posted 12/21/2006 12:55 AM Hi Support team, I am putting together a few demos for our staff, using VoiceGuide TAPI v5.2.5049 on a Win XP SP2 system with a Zoom 3025 cf modem. It took me little time to put a simple product ordering app together, authoring in VG is quite fast. I noticed that while dialing in, to test the ordering app a few times the complete script executes just fine, however, most of the time after I listen for the prompts VG hangs up while I entered the information requested by the script. I suspect that this is a TAPI (modem) issue, but I wanted to confirm with you to see if that was the case and to inquire if there are any settings in the vg.ini I could tweak to minimize the modem hang ups. Please see the attachment (logs and script), let me know if you require additional information and/or if there is a TAPI work around. Regards, Ralph 1220tw.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/21/2006 01:31 AM Trace confirms that the modem reported hearing a disconnet tone while caller was keying in data in module [sGetEmployeeId]. If you move to a Dialogic card you will not have these problems. 205108.11 0 state [sGetEmployeeId] Number Input 55 205108.11 0 path {55} not found 205108.11 0 timer set 1 EV_TIMEOUT_GOTOMODULE 205108.44 0 tapi callstate DISCONNECTED 66206 32 0 205108.44 0 ScriptEventCode 9250 iLineState=1301 205108.44 0 LsGetNbrsRxDigits EV_REMOTEPARTY_DISCONNECT Share this post Link to post
