Transfer - Resource Unavailable

I need to intercept a fax and transfer it to another line,

I have put on fax paths in the voicemail vgs files as this is where the faxes are ending up.

However it seems that the blind transfers do not work. I can use any of the conferenced transfers, unfortunatly my fax machine wont press 1 to accept the calls so I need to get the blind worked out.

I see that you are using v5.x of VoiceGuide with a Dialogic card.

 

What you are seeing here is just one of the number of problems that Dialogic TAPI drivers have and it's one of the reasons why you should not use the Dialogic card's TAPI interface.

 

You should change to using VoiceGuide for Dialogic.

 

 

(The LINEERR_RESOURCEUNAVAIL is returned by Dialogic TAPI drivers.)
