I am using Intel dialogic, how can i configure ACD?

We'd need some more information about your system first...

 

To begin with:

 

Which PBX are you using?

Does the PBX have a CTI interface?

How many agents will you have?

Will you be using skill based routing or will all agents be considered equal?
