I have some questions about the VG Software.

 

1)

Is this in your plan to add mp3 support in the feature?

 

2)

Is this in your plan to add the feature to make VG start as a service? (included in voiceguide, instead of using third party software)

 

3)

Is this posible to change the lenght of the VG window (to have a better view of the paths)?

No.

Yes. This will be included in next major release.

Are you referring to the module's properties window? Right now some can be resized to display more path and some cannot. Which window in particular are you referring to?

The reason why I asked is because I want to setup an Music IVR System. I don't know if it is posible.

I was not clear. I meant to say: The size of the Voice Guide window. When you start Voice Guide a screen appearce on the desktop. The window which shows that Voice Guide is running.

Yes. This can be done in any Play module in VoiceGuide for Dialogic.

In VoiceGuide for Dialogic you can switch between 'short' and 'long' view, which changes the number of lines visible between 4 and 30 - which is not really usefull now that the Line Status Monitor is used to track what each line is doing.

I am sorry that I not clear.

 

I mean changing the width: <-------------------------------> (Left to right)

 

I don't know if I read it in the vg.ini file where to change the width of the vg window.

Width of that window cannot be changed.

 

Width of Line Status Monitor can be changed.
