Guest ddenara Report post Posted 01/14/2007 03:12 PM If I set the timeout value to less than 30 seconds it will run my VBscript for a NoAnswer Condition; however, it I leave the value to default of "0" or set to larger than 30, the sOnNotConnected Scriptis no run. Instead, the answermachine script is run. Please advise as I would like to set the timout to be long enough for phones and messages that take longer than 30 seconds; however, I want to correctly identify the condition when there is no answer. I am using a Dialogic Board. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/14/2007 08:50 PM Perhaps the number(s) you are calling answer the call after 30 seconds? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which capture the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 Then restart VG and make the test calls which demonstrates the problem. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
Guest ddenara Report post Posted 01/14/2007 08:51 PM Thank you. I figure out the solution. I updated to Dialogic SR 6.0 133 and that fixed it. Share this post Link to post
