SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/19/2007 09:58 PM Easiest way to setup these systems is to take 16 analog lines from the PBX and attach them to an analog Dialogic card. Then you would be able to transfer calls out of the IVR by doing a simple 'hookflash' type transfer. The 16 port analog card is the DMV160LP. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
