Routing Calls Based On CallerID and Database Value

Can your system route the calls based on a different values in the DBF field of the outside database. For example a 1 value would route to voice mail & a value 6 would be transfered to a cell phone & never be able to go into the voice mail system. (For example, I want the Level 1 to go through the voice mail prompts & the Level 6 to get someone live instantly. Your system would have to be able to use phone # from the caller ID to "join" to the DBF value.

 

The DBF value is from a Lotus Approach database program. I have an 8 line Lucent phone system. Please let me know if your program would be this flexible.
