Guest szaidi Report post Posted 01/31/2007 06:28 PM We are using a VoiceGuide for Dialogic latest version. We have 12 lines in the system and I assigned 4 lines to Campaign A [9,10,11,12] ,4 lines to Campaign B [5,6,7,8] and 4 lines [1,2,3,4] are have same default script which came with VG. We are using a 3COM NBX and 2 numbers have been setup for campains and its transfering the call according to the number. Now the problem is whenever all 4 lines are busy for campaign the fifth call is going to line 1 and playing default script. Can you help us how to handle this situation. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/31/2007 09:17 PM Sounds like what you need is for information at to what campaign the call belongs to (ie. what number was dialed by caller) supplied when call arrives at IVR. On analog systems this is usually done by Inband Signaling. The PBX must supply this information via Inband Signaling and VG can then read this data and be made to start the appropriate script. It's also possible to supply this information over a CTI link, but Inband Signaling is easier to setup. Otherwise you just need to add more lines to handle the extra number of calls... Guest szaidi Report post Posted 02/05/2007 04:01 PM One more thing. We bought Voiceguide Enterprise + Dialer 16 Lines in mid December, now if we want to upgrade it to 20 Lines or 24 Lines how much we have to pay for upgrade. Share this post Link to post
