amamtaney Report post Posted 02/08/2007 06:54 AM I want to make a transfer call, where I am going to connect two numbers. So, I am calling one line, over the second line I am calling another number. The problem is when the call is established, neither one or second side, are hearing nothing, but it shows like the call between those two numbers is established. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/08/2007 08:14 AM Are you using a Dialogic card capable of doing the "Dial and Conference" ? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 ktTel=10 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
