Guest chrisha Report post Posted 02/12/2007 05:57 AM So is the voiceguide works well with this D/300JCT card? How much will it usually cost us for a new one? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/12/2007 08:14 AM Yes, VoiceGuide works with the entire range of Dialogic's T1 and E1 cards. This includes the DMV range of cards as well (DMV480, DMV600, DMV1200 etc). For cost you should contact your local Dialogic reseller (or look on Ebay for used card pricing). Which country are you located in? Share this post Link to post

Guest chrisha Report post Posted 02/15/2007 06:19 AM What is the dialer in this VoiceGuide Enterprise+Dialer 30 line license? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/15/2007 07:02 AM From: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm an add on option for VoiceGuide Professional and VoiceGuide Enterprise which adds outbound dialing capability to VoiceGuide. The Dialer Add-on is required whenever the system needs to make an outgoing call on a new line. This is used for applications like: Message/Script broadcasting to a list of telephone numbers. Forwading recorded voicemail messages to another phone number. Making outgoing calls loaded using the Send Phone Message module, the Dialer_OutDialQueAdd function, OutDial_New.xml file etc. Dial and Conference transfers - otherwise known as 'Tromboning' transfers - where a call on a new line is made to the number to which the call is to be transfered to, and the new outgoing call is connected to the exiting call on the systm. (Normal 'hookflash' transfers do not require the Dialer) Also see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgDialer.htm Share this post Link to post

Guest chrisha Report post Posted 02/22/2007 04:25 AM Does Voiceguide also capable of using an IP Address for call transfer instead of an ISDN? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/22/2007 05:03 AM Not directly. You can connect VoIP lines to the Dialogic card (via a VoIP<->Analog adaptor) and transfer calls to that VoIP line via the Dialogic card. Share this post Link to post
