SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/18/2007 09:39 PM Setting of CallerID on outgoing calls is only possible when using T1/E1 ISDN lines. You will also need to confirm with the ISDN service provider that they will accept the setting of the outgoing CallerID. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/19/2007 12:43 AM If a person receiving the call is at a computer you can send information to that computer using any of the messaging/popup methods. Some basic ones (NetSend, etc.) are detailed in the Help file's sections covering the Run Program and Run VBScript modules. You could search the web for 3rd party NetSend and WinPopup replacements as well. You could also use the VBScript module to implement more advanced or customized messaging.
