Guest gerryup Report post Posted 02/20/2007 08:25 PM Hello! I'm useing XP with AVM Fritz!Card + ComISDN Tsp Capi + Vg! My problem is the following: when i want to start an outgoing call, this always fails! but the incoming calls are OK! After clicking call button in Telephone Number loader, the original "waiting for a call" changes to "dialing:..." after a second, it changes back to the original "waiting for a call" without happening (doing) something! What's the problem!? Probably, someone who is using Fritz!Card could tell me: what Is the version of the AVM Driver Update which you use or what special configurations do you use in ComISDN Thank you! SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/20/2007 10:17 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 TapiWrapOcx=10 Then restart VG and attampt the outgoing call. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/21/2007 08:55 PM Trace shows that the ComISDN driver layer is sending us the DISCONNECTED message just a fraction of a second after it confirms it is dialing. You will need to speak to ComISDN to ask them why is this happening. 163848,39 9 MakeCall => 65981 163848,39 9 script interpretor: VgMulti v5.2.5049 ... 163850,87 9 callinfo DEVSPECIFIC 163850,87 9 tapi callstate DIALTONE 65777 1 0 163850,87 9 tapi callstate DIALING 65777 0 0 163851,15 9 callinfo DEVSPECIFIC 163851,17 9 tapi callstate DISCONNECTED 65777 256 0 Share this post Link to post
