Guest groomj Report post Posted 02/25/2007 02:24 AM I am using a Dialogic D4PCIU4S connected to an ericsson G36 Fixed Wireless Terminal (replaces F251m) and running Win Server 03. When I try to use the 'get numbers' module, the program does not respond to the input of pressed keys and the call is terminated. I am not sure if the FWT is passing the tones to the Dialogic card, can you please take a look at the trace log that I have attached. The script that I was using was the example credit card payment script that comes bundled with VG 0224tw.zip Share this post Link to post

ktruk Report post Posted 03/06/2007 08:13 PM lscjg: Just a quick suggestion: check that "DTMF Clamping" is not set on/enabled on the FWT (may not be an option on this model), but this option on some systems removes DTMF tones from the call data. Share this post Link to post
