Problem With Get Numbers

I am using a Dialogic D4PCIU4S connected to an ericsson G36 Fixed Wireless Terminal (replaces F251m) and running Win Server 03.

 

When I try to use the 'get numbers' module, the program does not respond to the input of pressed keys and the call is terminated.

 

I am not sure if the FWT is passing the tones to the Dialogic card, can you please take a look at the trace log that I have attached. The script that I was using was the example credit card payment script that comes bundled with VG

Trace shows that script was ended as no keypresses were detected:

 

192727.06 1 rvns add [Get Client ID_PathTaken]{fail}

192727.06 1 HangupCall start (No data entered)

192727.06 1 rv add [Hangup Time]{2/24/2007 7:27:27 PM}

192727.06 1 state Hanging up call... [No data entered]

 

I am not sure if the FWT is passing the tones to the Dialogic card,
Looks like it does not...

lscjg: Just a quick suggestion: check that "DTMF Clamping" is not set on/enabled on the FWT (may not be an option on this model), but this option on some systems removes DTMF tones from the call data.
