SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/03/2007 09:36 PM Are you using Dialogic's SR6.0 drivers? SR6.0 drivers should work on Wn2003. SR5.x drivers are not certified for use on Win2003. If you continue having problems you should contact the Dialogic card supplier. They are responsible for getting the hardware they supplied working on your system. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/03/2007 11:02 PM The card supplier should have provided these with the card. Link to the Dialogic download page is also available on our Recommended Hardware page. ktruk Report post Posted 03/06/2007 05:23 PM SR 5.1.1 work okay with Windows Server 2003 as far as I know, but you may be missing a DLL that stops the service starting, search the forum for it, its attached to a post somwhere here. I think its call winstrm.dll Okay, did a quick serach for you, see: http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2195 Share this post Link to post

ktruk Report post Posted 03/08/2007 09:25 PM Fawaz: In your original post you said: "SS7 service did not start" - I don't think the the D41JCT needs SS7 service, double check you have the card detected properley in the DCM and if necessary, reinstall card/drivers/operating system all over again. Double-check all install steps from beginning. The DCM cannot start the wrong card. Also, keep the DLL if you are sticking with 5.1.1 Win2003. As per other notes, if you install a v6 service pack, you get around the "evaluation version" problem. But as I said previously, v5.1.1 will work on Win2003 and shouldn't be a problem running analog card like D41JCT-LS. Share this post Link to post
