Guest hoho Report post Posted 03/06/2007 07:57 AM i have faced problems in feeding wave files into VoiceGuide. Attached is the file before conversion and we have tried to convert them into many formats (i.e. 8KHz, 11KHz) but not success. After conversion with 8KHz, there is no sound after feeding into VoiceGuide. For the case of 11KHz, there is sound but the speed is very slow... what conversion format i should use to feed into VoiceGuide? Please help! Thanks!! next_message.wav Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/06/2007 08:18 AM Which verson of VoiceGuide are you using? If you are using VoiceGuide for Dialogic then Wave files should be in the following format: PCM 8000Hz, 8bit, Mono. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/06/2007 11:34 AM Please post the sound file you are using and the trace logs from VoiceGuide. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 ktTel=10 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem (tries to play the sound file). Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
