SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/09/2007 09:30 PM What are the problems that you are having? Have you read the Help file's section on configuring the T1/E1 ISDN systems? Share this post Link to post

Guest chrisha Report post Posted 03/10/2007 02:42 AM have it sync already tnx. trying to find the dialogic wave driver Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/10/2007 01:04 PM You should be using "VoiceGuide for Dialogic"... there is no need to install any TAPI/Wave drivers - just install the Dialogic System Release drivers, that's all. Share this post Link to post
Guest chrisha Report post Posted 03/11/2007 05:17 AM Cant find the oemsetup at the dialogic\lib folder? wat will i do? Share this post Link to post
Guest chrisha Report post Posted 03/11/2007 05:34 AM with SR511all installation i can find the oemsetup at the dialogic/lib but with the dialogic system driver i cant finsd it. what shall i do? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/11/2007 11:15 AM OemSetup is not needed for correct Dialogic driver operation. You will be able to use the Dialogic card after running the System Release driver setup. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/12/2007 03:16 AM Have you read the page of the VoiceGuide Help file titled: "T1/E1 ISDN Configuration"? In particular you shold look at the section titled: "Testing ISDN Line". Share this post Link to post
Guest chrisha Report post Posted 03/12/2007 03:25 AM yeah i did, it displays error count Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/12/2007 03:28 AM If you are unable to receive/make calls and play/record sound files with isdiag then you will need to contact your local Dialogic supplier to establish why the hardware they provided does not work on the T1/E1 lines from your telephone company. Sometimes modified drivers are required for the Dialogic card in order for it to be able to work with local Telco's ISDN lines and your local Dialogic supplier should be familiar with all the local telephone companies' ISDN protocols and know what should be done in order for the Dialogic cards to be able to work with the ISDN lines in your local area. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/12/2007 07:33 AM The evaluation version limitations are listed at the bottom of this page: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm With the Evaluation version of VoiceGuide you can just restart VoiceGuide again and use it again for another hour. Once you have evaluated VoiceGuide and are ready to purchase then the licenses can be purchased from our online order page. (see the "Buy Now" link). Share this post Link to post
