Is it possible to use record start at the beginning of the conversation and then the record stop the end. that is with all all the other prompting files playing

There is no official compiled list at this stage. If you have a requirement for a particular feature please contact sales@voiceguide.com.

Specialized deployments in the area of Call Recording, Predictive Dialing/ACD etc. (like the request made in original post) require some customization work and as such it's best to contact sales@voiceguide.com with your requirements.
