sirbeagle Report post Posted 08/07/2003 05:20 PM We're currently writing a script that would allow a client to have VoiceGuide automatically dial out a phone number from a list, connect the parties and record the call. We're using a standard Telco line with 3-way calling on it, so we're forced to use hookflashes to try and disconnect the user. The problem is that if we try to hookflash when the called party has already hung up, then our client instead gets hung up on. Can anyone think of a way around this? Right now we have the client choose whether or not to initiate the finish hookflash, but it's not 100%. It's been mentioned on these boards before (rather recently actually) that the ability to have VoiceGuide bridge together two lines through a Dialogic card was coming shortly. I have a feeling that might be a possible solution to our particular problem -- any word if that feature is close to launch? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/07/2003 11:45 PM This feature is available in currently available Beta19. Currently after the conference has been established - when VoiceGuide detected that one of the conferenced lines has hung up it will hang up the other one. Future versions will have the ability to act on other line hangup in a variety of ways but right now that’s the way it works. Share this post Link to post
