Guest fsoudbakhsh Report post Posted 03/16/2007 12:20 AM I have work almost all day to analyze attached disconnect tone. I also search a lot on VG support forum and google, but unfortunately none could help me to get the correct frequency for U.S disconnects tone. The phone hung up when module will get no response from caller. Here is my analysis for attached disconnect tone which is not working when I added to configline file. <Tone Name="Call Progress Tone TDISCONNECT_Tone4"> <Notes>Default Setting</Notes> <ID>DISCONNECT_Tone4</ID> <Freq1>620</Freq1> <Freq1Dev>200</Freq1Dev> <Freq2>480</Freq2> <Freq2Dev>200</Freq2Dev> <On>30</On> <OnDev>10</OnDev> <Off>20</Off> <OffDev>10</OffDev> <Count>3</Count> </Tone> <Tone Name="Call Progress Tone TDISCONNECT_Tone5"> <Notes>Default Setting</Notes> <ID>DISCONNECT_Tone5</ID> <Freq1>550</Freq1> <Freq1Dev>200</Freq1Dev> <Freq2>0</Freq2> <Freq2Dev>0</Freq2Dev> <On>30</On> <OnDev>10</OnDev> <Off>20</Off> <OffDev>10</OffDev> <Count>3</Count> </Tone> I will send you the log files soon. thanks for your help. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/16/2007 01:23 AM The ON/OFF cadence timings shown in the sample config provided are not set as per the recorded sound file. Recorded sound file shows cadence of 500ms ON and 500ms OFF periods. How many different Disconnect tones are you trying to detect simultaneously? There is limit to how many the Dialogic card can detect. I understand that you have been using VoiceGuide to do a calling card service (?). If you have an application which relies on accurate detection of 5+ different disconnect tones then you really need to use T1/E1 ISDN lines as analog boards have a limit on how many different tones they can be programmed to detect.
