SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/29/2007 02:03 AM You should not mix the cards which have the SC/CT Bus (300JCT has it) with cards that do not have the SC/CT Bus (D/4PCIU does not have it). You will need to remove the D/4PCIU from that system altogether. You can then unregister VoiceGuide by renaming the userinfo.ini file (say to userinfo_.ini) and restarting VG. This will let you use VoiceGuide in an Evaluation mode - which allows up to 30 channels. This will allow you to use all 30 channels on the E1 card. Just change the Config.xml files around to the one that is made for an E1 ISDN system and all should be fine. Share this post Link to post
