Guest fmonroy Report post Posted 04/03/2007 02:47 AM Hello guys, suddenly the dialer stopped to work and the logs are not being generated in the log folder (still can't find if they are in other folder) It's the same at the production system and in the development one I reinstalled the App with same results. Any idea? Thanks in advance. Fidencio Monroy. P.S. nice new forum look Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/03/2007 02:52 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the startup of VG and the laodingof new calls, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 Then restart VG. Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/03/2007 02:54 AM Are you using your own database to hold the outgoing calls? Or are you letting VoiceGuide store the outgoing calls which it's to make in it's own database? Share this post Link to post
Guest fmonroy Report post Posted 04/03/2007 04:59 AM After setting the log value at VG.INI I got this error: 201808.41 6 ERROR 5.2.5049 DialogicScUnroute => Non-Dialogic version of TapiWrap.ocx 201808.41 6 cti tapi cti link device not specified Reinstalling the TAPI and WAVE drivers solved the problem. Thank you very much. Share this post Link to post
