Add Entries To The Dialer

I would like to developp an interface that manages the outdiling calls. (creation of liste / archiving files / results motoring etc..).

To do that I would like to know what's the best method that you advide to add entries to be dialed:

1. use SQL to add entries in the acces mdb

2. Genete XML file

3. Other ?

 

 

Is is possible to have the events that occur on the lines (e.g calling, or busy or..) and be able to use them on a VB appli for exmaple ?

Adding entries direct to the OutDial Que database would give you the most flexibility.
