Guest sanjayetsi Report post Posted 04/03/2007 04:01 PM Hello, We have a PC with windows xp home edition, Intel dialogic D/4PCI card. The software we have installed is VoiceGuide 5.2.3063 Enterprise Version with VoiceGuide for Dialogic patch v6.0.2214 which we downloaded from your website. Now when we use all the four lines to call out, Is there any way to ALLOW 1 & 2 BELOW possible! 1) to allow us to have Call ins where we can capture their Caller ID atleast? and 2) to allow the caller to leave a Voice message on VoiceGuide System? Can any special settings make the above two possible? Thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/03/2007 10:24 PM If all 4 lines are used then the telephone company would not be able to send any calls into your system. Just like when you speak on the phone yourself - you need to hangup the first call before accepting another call. If you have a 'call-waiting' type option enabled then the current call would still need to be hung up before accepting the new call. Share this post Link to post
