SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/07/2007 05:43 AM The usual recommended way to upgrade is to: 1. backup all required files - this includes your scripts, Config.xml and ConfigLine.xml files, all other configuration files you modified, sound files etc. 2. uninstall the old version 3. install the new version. 4. restore the config etc files. in a situation where you are upgrading from 6.0.3107 to 6.0.3110 it would be sufficient to just update vgMulti.exe and ktTel.ocx file, as only those two files have changed. You can just run the install of 6.0.3110 on another machine and transfer those two files to the main machine. (ktTel is in Windows' System32 directory). Share this post Link to post
