Voice Guide Error & Oracle Connection & Call Center Setup

Dears,

 

I'm preparing to use voiceguide product to support may small trail project.

Later I will expand the project for real use.

I faced the attached error when I tried voiceguide demo version.

Also, I will use D/4PCIUF as a demo dialogic board for my call center project.

I want to ask if I can define 2 ports to receive users calls and the other 2 ports connected to call center operators.

And if there is any better setup for my idea. If my thought is right … how can I configure the operators 2 ports so that the voiceguide software can call 2 directly connected telephone sets.

That's to connect the incoming 2 calls to the 2 call center agents (operators).

Also I want to ask if I can connect to oracle database and if there is some example for such query.

I want to ask if you have or intend to support VOIP technology.

The "ktTel not correctly registered" message occurs if you try to run VoiceGuide without first installing the Dialogic drivers.

 

You must install Dialogic's 'System Release' drivers after placing the Dialogic card in the computer. See http://www.voiceguide.com/suppRecomHardware.htm for more information and download links.

You cannot plug phone handsets direct into the D/4PCI card. You will need a PBX. Any basic PBX will be fine here.

Yes. We have a version which supports VoIP. At this stage you will need to contact support@voiceguide.com directly to obtain it. It is not available for direct download from our WWW yet.

if i used PBX, how can i call some phone extension through voice guide from certain port of the 4 ports.I think such port needs some special configuration to call PBX line.

With VOIP what's the devices i need to install other than IP phones or i may use PC directly with some VOIP software instead of IP phone,is that enough?? .
