SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/19/2007 03:58 AM The VoIP version of VoiceGuide can work without any Dialogic cards - buy you need to use VoIP lines (SIP or H.323). So it depends on what sort of telephone line you want to use. If they are normal (analog) lines then you need a Dialogic card. BTW: For T1/E1 lines you can use either the VoIP version of VoiceGuide or VoiceGuide for Dialogic, as the VoIP version of VoiceGuide also supports T1/E1 lines (yes, it can act a gateway between T1/E1 and VoIP as well).
