According to Panasonic it is not possible to obtain CLI and DNIS from Inband Signalling, hence you have to use either CSTA or TAPI integration to get the information. I have installed the Panasonic TSP drivers and the USB drivers which connect to the PBX fine. My VG.ini does not contain the TAPI section as described in this article, so I have added it (see attached). However when starting VG there is nothing to suggest that the TAPI device is being started or used when a call comes in. I have attached logs which include VG startup and 1 call in which hangs up at welcome message. Do you have a CSTA interface to the Panasonic from VG or do you know anyone who has done this? Thanks!
