Hello,

 

Our version of the auto dialer is v6.0.2003 Is there a newer version? Our dialer doesnot have the "start dialing" button...instead it only has "load numbers"...

 

Also, can the auto dialer have different messages palying on different lines? Or only one message at a time?

That button always just loads numbers into the outgoing calls database.

 

If VoiceGuide is running at the time then outgoing calls will be made immediately.

 

You can design your scripts to automatically select what message to play - script would need to retrieve sound file selection info from database etc.

Otherwise each set of numbers which plays a different message needs to separately loaded.

So only one message playing at a time? or could we have multiple messages running if we loaded the messages and numbers to call seperately onto different lines to dial?

Multiple message scan be played per call, and multiple calls can be loaded at the same time.

 

If you want to have calls dialing out on particular lines then that also can be specified using the "Line Selection" field.
