Someone told me that maybe their telephone is set to pulse dialing. I tried it and I noticed that it is true. question: Is there a option orsomething to do in vg to make it posible that callers with a pulse telephone also can use a ivr system? SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/26/2007 12:54 PM Pulse Dialing detection is not supported. Most telephone company switches and PBXs do not relay the pulse dialing type signals, so most likely the pulse signaling would never reach the IVR anyway... Share this post Link to post
