SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/26/2007 08:05 PM To pause the calls like that you would need to run an SQL query at the beginning of the pause time to set the Activation Time off the calls to be at the time when the pause interval ends. Setting of exception/pause intervals cannot be done at the time of call loading at this stage. Share this post Link to post
