Outdial Stopped Working

I'm running version 6.0.0321with a Dialogic Board. My system is Windows XP fully patched.

 

My outdial has been working fine until today when I start seeing the following message in the error log below. Can you plase advise on what is causing this?

The reason why the call did not go out is because 6 seconds after dialing the number the Dialogic card reported that it has heard an "Operator Intercept" tone on the line:

You should try dialing the number yourself (using the same phone line that VG is using) and you should hear the operation intercept tri-tone yourself.

I restarted again and the registration problem when away but I am not sure if it is relevant to why this new problem is occuring. Could this be related?

It's still happening. And, I am able to make calls by connecting a phone to these lines. What can I check next to help debug?

Maybe the number is being dialed too quickly after picking up the handset?

Try adding a few commas at the beginning of the number.

 

Otherwise you'd need to call the VoIP company and ask them why are they playing this tone signal to you on their lines.

Adding commas seems to have help but the script is not recognizing answer detectiproperly which was also working. Here is the log file showing the commas and how it proceed to the escalation path. Can you please take a look at this log and let me know what is happening now?

You can se in the trace that the Dialogic card reported hearing a Fax tone or a Fax tone and an 'Operator Intercept' tone...

(the fax tone is often reported when an unknown 'Operator Intercept' tone is played)

 

Best to speak to your phone company which supplies these lines and ask them why are they playing tones on that line instead of connecting calls. The phone company will be able to see your call on their system and will be able to tell you why the tones are played instead of the call being connected.
