Tech44 Report post Posted 05/02/2007 01:26 PM I thought this was because I was testing on a trial version - but now that I have registered it is still a problem. When I shutdown VG my settings are lost. On the next start, it attempts to dial out on all 4 lines (I only want to use 1-2), and the script it uses when someone calls in reverts back to one of the demo scripts. How can I save my settings so that they are restored the next time the program starts? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/02/2007 10:54 PM Are you using VoiceGuide for Dialogic? The script and which lines are used for Dialing out is settable in Config.xml file - you need to change the settings there as these are the settings that are read in on startup. Share this post Link to post
