I get: "NSIS Error, the installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus." This the message I get from entering [old link removed]The other error I've gotten is: Run-time error 339, Component ktTel.ocx or one of its dependancies not registered correctly: a file is missing or invalidI've tried emailing my questions to katalina and have followed their instructions on the following. Uninstall any previous voice guide versions. Check that the dialogic card is functioning properly by running the sample program "Voice Horoscope", which functioned perfectly, but I still cannot get the voiceguide software up and running Share this post Link to post

This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus."If you are getting these sort of errors then looks like something is wrong with the downloaded file. You should try downloading it again (perhaps best to use another computer) and ensure that you do not see any such strange problems when starting VG install. Share this post Link to post
