SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/04/2007 07:06 AM Send this over the opened socket: <request><type>linestatus</type></request> and then parse the XML response. upcoming version 7 of VoiceGuide will let you retrieve the status via Web Services and .NET Remoting as well.
