Guest miva Report post Posted 05/08/2007 03:20 AM Hi there, I have a client who has invested heavily in an IVR using Synway's Telephony PCI Card (SHT-8B/PCI 2.0) and they are not happy with it. The issues they are experiencing may lie with the software they are using. They would like to use something different and before I suggest VoiceGuide to them I wanted to gather opinions on the Synway card and VoiceGuide both independantly and how they work together. I understand that they have TAPI/Wave drivers available for them, so you may be able to try using VG for TAPI and see if this combination meets the clients needs. If you do happen to encounter any issues with using Synway with VG for TAPI we would endeavor to resolve them - just supply the VoiceGuide traces capturing any problems. Share this post Link to post
