Gsm Fixed Terminal Ericsson G36e: Call Detection

Voiceguide not detecting incoming calls after detecting first incoming call when used with the GSM Fixed terminal Line but works fine and detects all incoming calls when an Analog line is used.

 

 

I just bought an Ericsson Fixed Teminal G36e to use with my voiceguide and Dialogic card D4PCIUF. When I dial the GSM phone number, voice guide responds. After the call is finished and everything works fine. I try dialing the GSM number again, this time it just rings and voice guide does not respond.

 

The same thing happens when I dial the number time and time again. Please let me know what you think the problem is.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the incoming calls, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

[Log]

 

VoiceGuide=10

 

ktTel=10

Then restart VG and make test calls.

 

Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
