Guest dtrivedi Report post Posted 05/11/2007 08:57 PM Hi, I upgraded to SR6.0 and VG for Dialogic and now blind transfers aren't working. One thing that I noticed was that now I hear the numbers being dial whereas before, when it worked, i didn't hear them. Here's a trace of a call: 011434.66 7 play start ok, lPlayId=283828 011434.67 7 tw DialogicEvent 129,TDX_PLAY,280500,0,0,,, 011434.67 7 event TDX_PLAY, iCode=129 state=1100 011434.67 7 LsPlayMsg EV_UNKNOWN_129,TDX_PLAY 011434.67 7 path {TDX_PLAY} not found 011445.45 7 tw PlayEnd 7 283828 011445.45 7 play end id=283828, (current ID) 011445.45 7 event EV_PLAY_FINISHED, iCode=8001 state=1100 011445.45 7 LsPlayMsg EV_PLAY_FINISHED,EV_PLAY_FINISHED 011445.45 7 path {EV_PLAY_FINISHED} not found 011445.45 7 timer set 5 EV_TIMEOUT_REPLAYMSG 011445.45 7 tw DialogicEvent 129,TDX_PLAY,283828,0,0,,, 011445.45 7 event TDX_PLAY, iCode=129 state=1101 011445.45 7 LsPlayMsgFinished EV_UNKNOWN_129,TDX_PLAY 011445.45 7 path {TDX_PLAY} not found 011446.00 7 tw dtmf 0 (7,48,48) 011446.00 7 event 0, iCode=48 state=1101 011446.00 7 LsPlayMsgFinished 0,0 011446.00 7 next module is [XferToCSR] (idx=48) 011446.00 7 rv add [ToRepeat]{0} 011446.00 7 fn RunModule start [Transfer Call,[XferToCSR],48,,] 011446.00 7 timer clear 011446.00 7 timer set 0.4 EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER 011446.38 7 timer fired EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER 011446.38 7 event EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER, iCode=9012 state=1901 011446.38 7 LsXfer_1_Start : 9012(EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER),EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER,0,0,0,,, 011446.38 7 path {EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER} not found 011446.38 7 timeout on transfer attempt set by VG.INI [PBX] AnnouncedTransfersMaxWaitTime (30 sec) 011446.38 7 timer set 30 EV_TIMEOUT_ANNOUNCED_TRANSFER_ATTEMPT_TOOK_TOO_LONG 011446.38 7 state [XferToCSR] Blind Hookflash Transfer to 2900 011446.38 7 dialing sTransferPrefix [!] 011446.64 7 tw DialogicEvent 132,TDX_DIAL,0,0,0,,, 011446.64 7 event TDX_DIAL, iCode=132 state=1902 011446.64 7 LsXfer_2_OnEndHook1PlayDestNbr 132,TDX_DIAL,0,0,0,,, 011446.64 7 VG.INI [PBX] Transfer_Prefix_PauseAfter = 2 sec 011446.64 7 timer set 2 EV_TIMEOUT_Transfer_Prefix_PauseAfter 011446.64 7 tw PlayEnd 7 0 011446.64 7 play end id=0, (current ID) 011446.64 7 event EV_PLAY_FINISHED, iCode=8001 state=1902 011446.64 7 LsXfer_2_OnEndHook1PlayDestNbr 8001,EV_PLAY_FINISHED,0,0,0,,, 011448.78 7 timer fired EV_TIMEOUT_Transfer_Prefix_PauseAfter 011448.78 7 event EV_TIMEOUT_Transfer_Prefix_PauseAfter, iCode=9030 state=1902 011448.78 7 LsXfer_2_OnEndHook1PlayDestNbr 9030,EV_TIMEOUT_Transfer_Prefix_PauseAfter,0,0,0,,, 011448.78 7 Dial(2900cp off) call 011448.78 7 Dial(2900) ok 011448.78 7 timer set 30 EV_TIMEOUT_ANNOUNCED_TRANSFER_ATTEMPT_TOOK_TOO_LONG 011449.38 7 tw DialogicEvent 132,TDX_DIAL,0,0,0,,, 011449.38 7 event TDX_DIAL, iCode=132 state=1903 011449.38 7 LsXfer_3_AfterDialDestNbrWaitForCallProgInfo 132,TDX_DIAL,0,0,0,,, 011449.38 7 LsXfer_3 TDX_DIAL on a XT_HOOK_BLIND 011449.38 7 HangupCall start (LsXfer_3) 011449.38 7 rv add [Hangup Time]{5/11/2007 1:14:49 AM} 011449.38 7 state Hanging up call... SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/12/2007 12:11 AM I hear the numbers being dial This means the hookflash length is set too short. Do you know what length hookflash your PBX expects? from http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Dial...llTransfers.htm : Setting Hookflash length on Dialogic cards - VG for Dialogic When using VoiceGuide for Dialogic the hookflash length is set in Config.xml file. The Config.xml file is located in VoiceGuide's \data\ subdirectory. The following section of Config.xml should be edited: <SetParm> <Description>Flash time during dialing (10ms units)</Description> <Key>DXBD_FLASHTM</Key> <Value>10</Value> <Default>10</Default> </SetParm> A setting of 10 means 100ms. The setting is in 10ms units. try using a setting of 15. This will result in a 150ms hookflash. Share this post Link to post
Guest dtrivedi Report post Posted 05/14/2007 01:10 AM I've tried multiple settings now, both long and short and they don't seem to take. here's what I've gotten from my pbx vendor. ------------------ These parameters have not changed. -47V DC is the onhook voltage on a ShoreTel switch. The off hook loop current limit on a ShoreTel switch is 28ma. The Ring Frequency Range Detected on a ShoreTel switch is 14.71Hz to 83.3Hz. The impedance of a ShoreTel switch analog port is 600 Ohms Let me know if that helps. ----------------------- I'm not sure how these fit into the config.xml . Do you see anything that stands out?
