Guest Jonah Report post Posted 05/15/2007 09:47 PM When I perform a transfer, VG Performs a Flash Hook like it is suppose to and then after a few seconds, the IVR picks up the call again so it never gets transferred. The Telecom guy monitored it and told me that it did not appear to be dialing the DTMF tones. I have the same system set up at a different location and it works correctly. SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/15/2007 11:37 PM Maybe the destination extension does not exist or is busy, and that's why the call is returned by the PBX? Have you tried doing an Announced Transfer? The you would be able to better see what is happening on the system. Share this post Link to post
