Problem With Dialogic Card

dears Support team,

I used Dialogic card D/4PCIUF with VG & was working great ..... yesterday I shutdown the PC normally where system & Dialogic card installed on it .

today I start up my PC & tried to start Dialogic card to run VG on it as in every time but when I run DCM program I didn't see dialogic card in it.

the DCM not run the card automatically ....& I saw the following window.

 

 

another thing , the dialogic card in the Device manager beside it yellow mark but in the installation progress no fault or message appared, so why Dialogic card stay not unknown from windows system?

 

I thought that windows system damaged so I formated C: & reinstall fresh copy of windows XP professional SP2 & reinstall SR6.0 again successfully but after that I stay show the same window without Dialogic card listed in the window.

I afraid that Dialogic card is damaged ... how can I insure if it damaged or not & how can I solve the problem?

If the Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) does not detect the Dialogic card then you should contact the Dialogic card supplier.

 

the dialogic card in the Device manager beside it yellow mark

That does not affect card's detection by the DCM.
